IrriNex Store arranges delivery for irrigation products purchased through our online checkout. Available shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates depend on the product and destination.

Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact details at checkout. You are responsible for confirming that the selected product, option, size, and connection type are suitable before ordering.

2. Shipping options and charges

The available carrier, service level, and shipping charge can vary by order. A displayed product price does not include a shipping charge unless the checkout or order summary explicitly says that it does.

If a shipping method, charge, or destination restriction is not clear before payment, contact us before placing the order.

3. Processing and delivery estimates

Order processing begins after payment is confirmed. Product availability, the delivery address, carrier capacity, customs procedures, weather, and other events outside our control can affect dispatch and delivery.

We do not publish one delivery time for every order. Any delivery date or time provided for a specific order is an estimate, not a guarantee.

4. Tracking

When a carrier makes tracking information available, we will share it using the contact details associated with the order. Tracking events and delivery scans are supplied by the carrier and may not update immediately.

5. International orders, duties, and taxes

Customers are responsible for providing information required for import clearance and for checking local product and import requirements.

6. Address changes and delivery problems

Contact us promptly if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered processing or has been handed to a carrier.

For a missing, delayed, damaged, or incomplete delivery, send us the order number and the available delivery details. We will review the order and carrier information and explain the next steps that apply.
